Shipping policy

Order Status

A shipment confirmation will be sent to you once the order is sent, including your tracking number. Your order confirmation e-mail can be hidden in your spam.

Shipping method can not be changed. If you wish to change your chosen shipping method please contact us for cancellation of your order and you can make a new one. We do not take responsibility if you have provided us with a wrong or invalid address.

VILLA MAGNAN is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, we advise you to contact the courier with which it has been sent.

Taxes and duties

Europe:
All our orders for shipment within the European Union (Germany, Latvia, Austria, Lithuania, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Finland, Romania, Greece, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Ireland, Sweden, Italy) are inclusive of VAT charged at the rate of Value Added Tax applicable on French territory.

Outside Europe:
Customs duties are not included for shipments outside the European Union, including shipments to Switzerland, Norway and United-Kingdoms.
Note that you are responsible for payment of all custom duties on receipt of the parcel in accordance with the laws applicable in the destination country.
VILLA MAGNAN cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control. 

If you are required to pay duties and you fail to do so, your package may be abandoned, destroyed or returned to us. We do not provide refunds for orders abandoned or destroyed. If a package is returned to us due to failure to pay duties, we will issue a refund, however, the original shipping costs will be deducted.
